Police are investigating the death of a woman who was found unconscious in Lami after firefighters attending to a report of a fire found the woman in one of the rooms in the second floor.
They say the firefighters applied Cardiopulmonary resuscitation but it proved negative and the woman was pronounced dead at the CWM Hospital.
A post mortem will be conducted to ascertain cause of death.
