Police in the UK investigate parties at the PM's office & residence

The Metropolitan Police in the UK has launched an investigation into parties held in the office and residence of UK PM Boris Johnson during the coronavirus pandemic.

BBC News reports Police are looking into potential breaches of COVID-19 regulations since 2020.

The UK PM has apologised for attending a bring your own booze event on 20th May 2020 during the first UK lockdown saying he thought it was a work event.
