The Fiji Police Force has classified the death of the 8-year-old child who was swept away after falling in a drain in Tacirua last week, as a drowning case.
Investigations continue.
They also say the post-mortem of the 1-year-old child, who is believed to have drowned in a bucket of water in Nalawa, Ra, will be conducted soon, as investigations continue.
Police say the element of negligence will be investigated in all cases involving children.
