Police Blue have won the first leg of the Fiji Rugby Union Super 7s Series beating Raiwasa Taveuni 7-5 in the final.
Terio Tamani scored early in the first half for the Blues with Waisea Nacuqu converting to give them a 7-0 lead.
Taveuni's points came in the second half as Semisi Ravuama crossed in the corner for a try.
With the conversion missed Police still maintained their lead 7-5.
Yellow cards were also shown to Filipe Sauturaga of Police and Iowane Temo of Taveuni for late tackles.
Former National 7s rep Terio Tamani was awarded the Man of the Match.
