People are raising serious concerns after a video emerged on social media of a man stoning the window of a parked car outside Colourmarket at Lakeba Street in Samabula in broad daylight last week.
The video shows a man walking towards a parked car, throws a stone on the window and cracking it in the process.
He is then seen fleeing the scene after pulling a bag from inside the car.
fijivillage News has sent the footage to Fiji Police. They are yet to respond.
