Vishnu Mohan has resigned as the Public Service Commission Chair.
Attorney General Siromi Turaga says Mohan has been serving as the Chair offshore for many years now and he cannot attend a meeting when requested by the Prime Minister.
He says the Constitutional Office Commission will appoint his replacement and it can be as early as next Monday.
