Online Safety Commission pleads with public to stop sharing the viral video of the child being beaten

The Online Safety Commission is pleading with members of the public to stop sharing the disturbing video of a child being subjected to violence on social media platforms.

The Commission says they are urging the public to refrain from spreading such content as sharing such videos only perpetuates the cycle of violence and exploitation.

They say individuals must exercise responsible online behaviour and prioritize the well-being of those involved.

The Online Safety Commission is urging the public to report all links to the respective social media platforms or directly to the Online Safety Commission.

The Commission is urging the public to work with them by sharing the responsibilities and working towards creating a safer online environment for everyone, especially for our children.
