Fiji secured a thrilling 5-4 victory over Vanuatu in their opening match of the OFC Men’s Futsal Cup, keeping fans on edge until the final whistle.
Vanuatu started strongly, controlling possession and creating several opportunities.
Man of the Match, Filipe Baravilala, scored twice for Fiji, while Prashant Chand, Bruce Hughes and Rajneel Singh also found the back of the net.
Both sides battled fiercely until the end, with Ramzan Khan receiving a red card.
