A Notice to Attend Court has been issued by the Suva Magistrates Court for a man from Lau who is charged with indecent assault.
He allegedly touched the woman’s private parts as she was sleeping at her home in September 2018.
It was heard in court that the victim then woke up and chased the accused away.
The case has been adjourned to the 9th next month.
