Goals came from Matt Garbett, Chris Wood, Tyler Bindon, Elijah Just, Sarpreet Singh, Callum McCowatt, while Jonathan Spokeyjack scored the loan goal for Vanuatu.
Vanuatu now faces a must-win against Tahiti, while New Zealand takes on Samoa next.
Meanwhile, Fiji will play New Caledonia tomorrow at 2.45pm in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
