Belgium took the lead through a Lukáš Hrádecký own goal before in form Romelu Lukaku sealed the win in the second half.
In other matches this morning, Austria beat Ukraine 1-0 while Denmark thrashed Russia 4-1.
Both Denmark and Austria have also qualified for the last 16.
