The teams were tied nil all at half time.
Joseph Elder broke the deadlock in the 49th minute.
Mosese Balenagaga and Brian Charitar scored the other two goals for Navua. Navua is currently seventh on the points table while Ba is third.
In other matches, Nadi has beaten Nasinu 1-0, while Lautoka beat Nadroga 3-1 while Rewa beat Tailevu-Naitasiri 2-1.
