Natabua High School and Yasawa Secondary School are leading the Lautoka Zone Medal Tally after claiming one gold medal each in the first two events this morning.
Ulamila Vata of Yasawa Secondary School won gold and set a new Lautoka Zone record in the Sub Junior Girls 1,500m with a time of 5 minutes and 20 seconds. Eparama Seru of Natabua High School won gold in the Sub Junior Boys 1,500 metres.
The 1,500 metres is underway.
