Naikore’s hat-trick gives Fiji Bulikula a chance at history of World Cup

Former Fijian Drua Women's and Fijiana star Vitalina Naikore scored a hattrick to help the Vodafone Fiji Bulikula move closer to history of a Workd Cup berth after defending their home ground 18-6 against the Cook Islands Moana in the 2024 Pacific Championships Women tonight.

Naikore was in top form beating defenders and was also rewarded with the Best Player of the Match award.

The team led 10-6 at halftime and maintained their composure, which led to Naikore’s second and third tries.

The players remained confident during their runs despite the hard tackles from their opponents, which helped them secure the victory.

Supporters continue to arrive in large numbers to cheer on the Bulikula and the Vodafone Fiji Bati, who will face the Cook Islands at 8:10PM.
