NZ women’s team expecting more intense matches from Fijian teams

Army women's 7s team captain, Reapi Ulunisau says poor defence and decision making led to their 5-0 loss against New Zealand in the 3rd Leg of the Fun Flavour Super 7s Series at Churchill Park.

Ulunisau says they will regroup and work on their mistakes.

Army women's 7s team has players like Aloesi Nakoci, Ana Naimasi, Sesemeli Donu, Vasiti Solikoviti and Viniana Riwai.

New Zealand women’s 7s captain, Risaleena Pouri-Lane says they expected an intense game against Army and they now understand where they have to improve.

She says they are expecting more intense games against other Fijian teams.
