A New Zealand national is currently admitted at the CWM Hospital after sustaining injuries whilst snorkelling in the Dravuni waters, Kadavu.
Police say the man was a passenger on board a cruise liner that visited Kadavu.
They say while the victim was snorkelling, he was allegedly hit by a small boat causing serious injuries.
He was airlifted to the CWM Hospital and Police investigations continue.
