The Vodafone Southern Zone Secondary Schools finals kicked off this morning with mixed results from the under-14 grade to the under-17 grade.
Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School edged Marist Brothers High School 12-10 to win the under 14 title, Suva Grammar School beat Marist 25-22 to claim the under 15 title while Marist scooped the under 16 grade after thrashing Grammar 23-7.
Marist also claimed the under-17 final beating Nasinu Secondary School 35-17.
The Southern Zone Secondary Schools rugby final is currently underway at the HFC Bank Stadium and Buckhurst Park grounds.
