Melbourne Storm defeated Canberra Raiders 20-14 in the NRL last night.

Storm coach Craig Bellamy says there was a lot of heart in the team and a fair bit of fight as Melbourne did not have the services of Cameron Munster.

Brenko Lee, Josh Addo-Carr and Ryan Papenhuyzen scored for Storm while Cameron Smith kicked all the conversions.

Canberra’s points came from tries scored by Josh Papalii, Nick Cotric and Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad while Jarrod Croker managed to only convert a try.

In other matches, the Panthers thrashed the Sharks 56-24 while the Broncos beat the Bulldogs 26-14.

In today’s matches, the Eels will take on the Knights at 6.05pm and the Dragons will face the Sea Eagles at 8.30pm tonight.
