The team that wins this match will take on Tottenham in the final.
Tottenham has not won any title since 13 years.
They last won against Chelsea in a League Cup final in 2008.
Manchester City has won the title three times in a row since 2018 while Manchester United last won the title in 2010.
The final will be played in April.
