Micah Hamilton, Oscar Bobb and Kalvin Phillips scored for City while Hwang In-beom and Aleksandar scored for Belgrade.
City was leading 1-nil at half time.
City is currently leading Group G with 13 points while Belgrade is fourth with 1 point.
