A man who allegedly raped and sexually assaulted his 15-year-old cousin in Lau last year has been granted bail by the Suva High Court.
The 30-year-old man is charged with 2 counts of rape and a count of sexual assault.
The alleged incidents happened in September last year.
The girl was sleeping when the man allegedly raped her.
High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar granted him bail on the condition that he does not travel to Lau.
The matter has been adjourned to the 20th of June.
