A man who is accused of one count of rape has pleaded not guilty in the Suva High Court.
He appeared before High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar.
It is alleged that on the 29th of June this year, he raped a child under the age of 13 years.
The matter will be called for a pre-trial conference on the 13th of November.
