A man in his 40s will appear in the Labasa Magistrates Court today after being charged with the alleged murder of his wife following an argument inside a hall in Uma Village, Rabi.
Police earlier confirmed to fijivillage News that the incident occurred last Friday night.
The woman was taken to the Rabi Health Centre where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
The man has been charged with one count of murder.
