A 59-year- old man who raped and sexually assaulted his 15-year-old step daughter in Ovalau will spend 13 years in jail.
A non-parole period of 11 years has been set.
The incidents happened in November 2020.
The man was charged with 2 counts of rape and 3 counts of sexual assault.
It was also heard in court that the man was married to the girl’s mother for 8 years.
