A 30 year old man who was charged with the rape of a 3 year old child has been found guilty of two counts of rape by the Suva High Court.
The incident happened in April last year in Suva.
The court was told the man committed the offence when he was left alone with the girl.
It was also heard in court that the man was a tenant at the girl’s house.
The case will be called on Tuesday for sentence hearing.
