A 39-year-old man drowned in the Nananu River in Tavua this morning.
Chief Operations Officer Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Livai Driu say the Turaga ni Koro of Nananu Village in Tavua called Tavua Police Station to report the incident.
Police have recovered the body of the victim.
