A man is in custody after he allegedly snatched a box containing more than $20,000 from a man in Toorak and ran away.
Police say on Thursday morning, the man in his 40s allegedly snatched the box from a 59-year-old man who was with a fellow employee.
A video being circulated online shows a man walking to his car when he is suddenly attacked by another man under an umbrella.
The video shows the man pushing him on the ground and allegedly running away with the money.
Police say a team is investigating the matter.
