27-year-old Apisai Madigibuli, who allegedly murdered his 25-year-old wife at an apartment complex along Robertson Road in Suva last month, has been further remanded in custody by the Suva High Court.
Madigibuli appeared before Justice Dane Tuiqereqere for its first call yesterday.
Justice Tuiqereqere has also given time to the State prosecution to file the full disclosures by June 4th.
The case will be called again on the 11th of June for plea.
