Local rugby coaches from club and provincial level today received expert tips from the coaching staff of the Vodafone Flying Fijians at Bidesi Park.
Head coach Vern Cotter spent time on line outs while forwards coach Jason Ryan went through scrum tips.
Assistant coach Daryl Gibson and Strength and Conditioning coach Scott Crean were also part of the session.
Meanwhile Fiji will meet Tonga in their first Pacific Nations Cup match at 3.30pm Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
Tickets for the match can be purchased from the Fiji Sports Council from Thursday.
Grandstand tickets are $50 for Platinum and $35 for Gold and $12 for children under-12.
Concrete Embankment tickets are $25 and $5 for children under-12 while grass embankment tickets are $10 and $2 for children under-12.
