A landowner who is charged for demanding payments of $3,600 in July last year has pleaded not guilty in the Nausori Magistrates Court.
Mosese Ranavue is charged with two counts of General Dishonesty -Obtaining a Gain by FICAC.
Ranavue has denied demanding good-will payments on two separate occasions under the pretense that the payment would guarantee the leasing of land to two individuals when the decision rested on TLTB.
Ranavue’s bail has been extended and the matter has been adjourned to the 15th of next month.
