Extra Supermarket Labasa FC has ended Rewa’s undefeated run after defeating them 1-0 in Round 10 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League this afternoon at the Subrail Park in Labasa.
The lone goal was scored in the first half by the veteran player Taniela Waqa.
Despite this defeat, the Delta Tigers still lead the DPL points table with 23 points followed by Babasiga Lions in the second position with 21 points.
Fans had gathered in numbers to support their home team and Labasa did not dishearten them this time.
