Former school teacher Kishore Kumar filed his application with the Legal Aid Commission in Nasinu last Friday, seeking legal representation in the cases of Lenora Qereqeretabua and Agni Deo Singh.
The State has sought an appeal for judgment guidelines from the court regarding the matter.
Judge Justice Siainiu Fa’alogo Bull reminded Kumar to follow up on the status of his application today with the Nasinu Legal Aid Commission.
The matter will be called again next Thursday.
