Sacked computer science teacher, Kishore Kumar who is charged for allegedly indecently annoying NFP MP Lenora Qereqeretabua has been remanded in custody by the Suva Magistrates Court.
Kumar was escorted by eight police officers to appear before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili today.
He is facing six counts of indecently annoying a person and one count of criminal intimidation.
It is alleged that on 31st July, 3rd August, 9th August, 13th August, 21st August and 23rd August, Kumar falsely claimed on his facebook page Kishore Kumar Publications that there was a porn video of Qereqeretabua.
