After the Fiji Water Flying Fijians’ heartbreaking 24-23 loss to Portugal this morning, coach Simon Raiwalui says it was disappointing and adds the team was a bit tired in terms of the context of the game.

He says they will recover, regroup and turn their focus to the next game against England next week.

Captain Waisea Nayacalevu says the team did not execute a lot of their plays, and dropped a lot of balls today.

He says they made a lot of mistakes today which the Portuguese capitalised on and turned them into points.

Nayacalevu says they will go back now and try to reset their focus to their game against England next week.

Fiji will take on England next Monday at 3am in Stade De Marseille.
