I want to give the players ownership of the team and get them trusting the process that I have planned for them, and knowing that they can trust in that process when pressure comes will make me a happy man.
This has been highlighted by Fiji Airways Men’s 7s Coach Osea Kolinisau after their back-to-back win in the pool games at Hong Kong yesterday.
Kolinisau says consistency will be key in today's game against Argentina.
The coach says he is happy with the the young players performances so far which is not bad for a team boasting a hefty chunk of exciting yet unproven youngsters.
They will play Argentina at 4.11 this afternoon in their last pool game.
The cup quarter finals will kick off at 9.51 tonight, the cup semi finals will start at 7pm tomorrow and the cup final will kick off at 11.46pm tomorrow.
