16 girl’s teams from various schools in the Fiji Secondary School Girls Rugby League competition will benefit from the $1,000 sponsorship donated by Fijian Teachers Association Co-operative Thrift Limited.
The donation will empower the girls in the competition and to grow the sport itself.
Girls Rugby League National Women Executive Vaseva Saulekaleka thanked the FTACTL for the donation towards this year's girls rugby league competition.
Meanwhile, the South Eastern girls competition finals will be held at the Saint Marcelene School grounds, and the Western finals will be held at Tavua College grounds tomorrow.
