Four soldiers who allegedly assaulted a cane cutter in Labasa have been bailed.
They have been charged with common assault.
The soldiers allegedly assaulted the cane cutter after he was accused of stealing a hunting rifle from a farmer’s house.
The case will be called on the 6th of November.
