The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team will face another tough challenge at the HSBC SVNS Cape Town 7s this weekend, after being drawn in Pool A alongside New Zealand, hosts South Africa and Great Britain.
South Africa are the defending champions on their home turf after beating France 26–14 last year, while Fiji finished in third place.
Again there will be no quarterfinals and the top two teams from each pool will advance to the semifinals.
Australia has been placed in Pool B with France, Spain and Argentina.
Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s have been drawn with New Zealand, USA and Great Britain in Pool A.
Australia, Japan, Canada and France are in Pool B.
The fixtures have not been released yet.
The Cape Town 7s will be played this weekend.
