The Fiji futsal team have won their third match in the OFC Futsal Men’s Cup 2025, defeating Tuvalu 4-1 at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.
Bruce Hughes scored the opening goal for Fiji, with Merril Nand and Filipe Baravilala adding two more to make it 3-0 at half-time.
Ramzan Khan extended the lead early in the second half, but Tuvalu responded with a goal from Aloesi Nukualofa.
Despite late pressure from Tuvalu, Fiji held firm to secure the win and strengthen their campaign.
Fiji defeated Vanuatu 5-4 in their opening match and lost 5-2 to the Solomon Islands in their second.
They now face New Zealand at 7pm today, while Tuvalu will take on Vanuatu at 4pm.
