The Fiji Sports Council is working together with the Ministry of Health in becoming one of Suva’s host venues to cater the registration and administering of COVID-19 vaccines at the Vodafone Arena.

Operations Manager, Serai Roxburgh says they have opened the Vodafone Arena as of this week, and it’s timely that they received a booking request from the Ministry of Health to conduct these vaccinations given this step Post-COVID-19 is such an important measure for everyone to take.

With Post COVID-19 Venue Protocols being used at all Sports Council venues, access to the Vodafone Arena has seen up to 350 patrons at a time undergoing the registration process before receiving their shot of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
