The Fiji Men’s Netball team has announced their 15-member squad to participate in the Singapore Tournament from the 2nd to the 8th December 2024.
Head coach Jioweli Vakamoce says the selectors focused on four components as their selection-based criteria, these components included performance, fitness, attitude and attendance.
Vakamoce says they are trying to pave the way for any future Fiji Men’s Netball team and they are establishing an actual process for Fiji Men’s Netball in collaboration with Netball Fiji for allowing this to happen.
He says this is the first international tournament for a Fiji Men’s Netball Team and this will also be test matches with the countries taking part in this tournament and allowing our players to have player caps in their appearance in a game at the international level.
