Fiji Airways and Fiji Link say their customers can expect delays and extended flight times today as ash clouds caused by the Hunga Tonga-Hunga Ha'apai volcanic eruption affects flights operations.
It says safety remains paramount and flights will only operate once approval is given by the authorities.
Fiji Airways flights Nadi to Melbourne, Nadi to Brisbane, Nadi to Sydney and Sydney to Nadi have been affected.
All Fiji Link flights are currently on hold pending safety assessments.
