30 families in Valeni village, Cakaudrove will now have access to electricity after they received home solar systems.
While handing over the solar systems, Minister for Infrastructure Jone Usamate says the Government is working towards ensuring that all homes in the country have access to electricity.
He says the government has installed 13,000 home solar systems in the country.
The home solar systems handed over to Valeni villagers is worth $120,000.
