England has topped its pool in EURO 2020 after beating Czech Republic 1-0 in their last pool match this morning.
Raheem Sterling scored the only goal of the match in the first half.
England will now play either France, Germany, Portugal or Hungary in the last 16 next Wednesday.
Croatia has also qualified for the last 16 after beating Scotland 3-1 this morning.
