Goalkeeper Gabaski was the hero, saving two penalties as Egypt edged past hosts Cameroon 3-1 on penalties after a goalless draw to set up an Africa Cup of Nations final against Senegal.
The final will see Liverpool teammates Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane face-off against each other.
The final will be played at 7am on Monday.
