Lemeki Duidomo’s death has been classified as murder by Police.
The 28-year-old was found lying motionless with visible injuries on the driveway of a motel in Suva last Saturday morning.
Police say they have questioned people but no one has been charged.
They say Duidomo had accompanied some friends to the motel when they were allegedly confronted by another group of men who were blocking the driveway.

Police say a fight broke out and Duidomo was allegedly struck with a metal object.
He then fell to the ground and became unconscious.
Police say he was taken to the CWM Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
