The driver who is alleged to have caused the death of a mother and her 1-year-old son in an accident on Saturday morning in Nausori has been remanded and will be produced in the Nausori Magistrates Court again this morning.
Police say the 33-year-old man is charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and one count of failure to comply with requirement following an accident.
