Deepika Padukone who has been summoned for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau in connection with the investigation into a drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has returned to Mumbai from Goa.
She was accompanied by her husband, actor Ranveer Singh.
According to reports NCB officials as saying that Deepika has been summoned on tomorrow, however, she has submitted to join the investigation on Sunday.
Her manager Karishma Prakash whose name also came up in the case will be questioned on Friday along with actress Rakul Preet Singh.
Another actress Sara Ali Khan who has also been summoned by the NCB returned to Mumbai from Goa.
The NCB stumbled upon Bollywood’s alleged drug links while investigating the drug angle in Sushant’s death.
His girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty was arrested earlier this month under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act for procuring drugs and is in judicial custody.
