Dakuni villagers plant 2,000 mangroves to combat beach erosion

The villagers of Dakuni in Beqa have taken the initiative to plant more than 2,000 mangroves to conserve their natural resources, as soil erosion has been affecting their beach.

The Turaga ni Koro Nimilote Ratudina says that in collaboration with the Pacific Blue Foundation, they have conducted presentations on ways to restore their resources.
