Businessman, Daksesh Patel has resigned from his position as Interim Chairman of the ATH Group (ATH) Board.
Patel is relinquishing his Chairmanship, effective immediately, however, he will continue as a Director on the Board until a suitable replacement is appointed by the Strategic Investor in accordance with Section 6.5 of ATH Articles of Association.
ATH Group says they would like to express their sincere gratitude to Patel for his exceptional leadership, vision, and dedication during his tenure as Chairman.
The company says Patel’s contributions have been instrumental in guiding ATH Group through significant growth and success.
It says Patel’s ongoing involvement will ensure a smooth transition and provide continuity in the Board's strategic oversight.
ATH is in the process of selecting a new Chair.
